Marvin Liao

Marvin is an Investor and ex-Operator, currently a Partner at Diaspora VC. He has vast experience in media and technology, managing teams globally and driving revenue growth at Yahoo!. Marvin invests in Digital Media, Enterprise SAAS, Marketplace, Mobile, Internet of Things & Fintech startups, having worked with over 450+ Pre-seed & Seed stage startups. He also serves on the Investment Committee/Advisory boards of several Venture Capital Funds and is a frequent speaker at Digital Marketing & Tech Startup Conferences.
Bill Reichert
Partner, Pegasus Tech Ventures
Bill Reichert is a Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures, specializing in deep technology investments and serving as Chief Evangelist of Startup World Cup. With 20 years in venture capital, he co-authored “Getting to Wow! Silicon Valley Pitch Secrets for Entrepreneurs” and has a diverse background including entrepreneurship, consulting, and public service. Bill is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Michael Chaffe
CEE & New Nordics Development Manager, Global Corporate Venturing
Mike transitioned from a decade in Oil & Gas, focusing on deep-sea operations, to venture capital in 2017. He’s since been active in angel investment, organizing international conferences, and promoting innovation in the European startup scene, especially in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
At Wolves Summit, he expanded the conference to a pan-European scale, attracting a diverse audience. Recently, he joined Global Corporate Venturing to aid their CEE & New Nordics expansion.
Mike’s expertise spans early-stage funding, large-scale conferences, innovation projects, and corporate venturing. He’s also a vocal advocate for altered states of consciousness and psychedelic-assisted therapy, drawing from his entrepreneurial journey.
